These burgers are probably the best thing we have ever tasted. Non lamb lovers - be prepared to be converted
This is pretty simple meal as the burgers are already made. If you want to make your own burgers use the Salt Marsh Lamb Mince, chopped onions and mint.
Samphire can also be quite hard to get hold of. You can forage for yourself on the marshes (near river banks) but please be careful of tides and wash well.

Fry the burgers for 4 mins on each side and build.

No samphire? Use rocket and season with salt.
