This is a great way to get flavour into your mushrooms. Whether its for breakfast or a side for dinner the Unami Mushrooms work really well and are a great (British) alternative to Miso.
Unami Paste is similar to a Japanese miso but made with British-grown fava beans, The fermented Fava Bean Umami Paste is packed with deep rich umami flavour with subtle notes of sherry.
Ingredients

Tbsp Honey

Tbsp Fava Bean Paste

Two cloves garlic finely chopped and pressed
Drop of cider vinegar
Good splash of sesame oil

Good splash of olive oil
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and then add mushrooms, mix and cover mushrooms all over.
Place on baking tray and put in oven 200 degrees for 10/15 min.
Recipe Note
Great on Sourdough for brunch or make an Asian noodle salad .
Add some toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
