Easy Crispy Kale and Cavolo Nero
This is a super savoury dish that can be served on it's own as a snack, a side, with a main or great over a salad for some extra flavour. You can also get experimental and sprinkle some of your favourite spices to give it a different flavour.
Cut the hard stalk out of the middle of cavolo nero and then chop the leaves into 1 inch pieces
Smash the garlic by pressing down on it with a flat knife.
Add the garlic and greens to an oven dish, lightly cover with oil and a sprinkle of sea salt
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 10-15 minutes, there's a fine line between cooking this to crispy perfection and overdoing the leaves so they end up a little burnt so best to keep a close eye on it after 10 minutes.
Serve as a side, a main, a snack or over a salad
