Cask Aged Vinegar - Batch #2 Our cask-matured vinegar is designed for culinary and cocktail use.  robust acidity, deep colour and flavour. The beer - and the grain it was brewed from - is super-prevalent in the profile, resulting in flavours of sweet, nutty, wholemeal toast.

Our first batch of Welsh Cask Vinegar sold out after featuring on The Hairy Bikers Go Local Series 1 in January 2023. This is our second batch - with a higher acidity and stronger taste than Batch 1. It is delicious as a condiment, in salad dressings and, our favourite, in cocktails - why not mix up a Strawberry Basil Smash, or a Switchel.
