Tomato & Red Pepper Relish

 Ripe tomatoes paired with chargrilled red peppers and Smokey hot Spanish paprika. 

All batches are small and made by hand here on the Gower, using quality ingredients and sourced locally where possible. 

 Ingredients:

tomatoes, onion, sugar, sweet peppers, vinegar, tomato purée, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, smoked paprika, salt.
