This sourdough loaf is made using organic white bread flour from Shipton Mill. We delicately top it with good quality oil and a salt brine to give the crust a delicious taste.
A real bread with only the following ingredients:
Flour! Water! Salt! Oil!
Try using it for a sandwich or alongside a pasta dish!
