Gower Preserves Seville Orange Marmalade

Bittersweet and aromatic Seville oranges, hand cut and slowly cooked. 

all batches are small and made by hand here on the Gower, using quality ingredients and sourced locally where possible. 

Ingredients:

Oranges, Sugar, Lemon, Setting agent (pectin)

Seville oranges, sugar

Spread on toast or use in baking.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
