Pure sea salt with umami

We first tasted ‘magic dust’ at a restaurant called Distilled in New York City, and have a chef called Shane to thank for making such a spectacular seasoning blend. It was such a deep, delicious flavour that we knew we had to put our own spin on it back home. Umami No 2 (previously known as Magic Dust) is the very definition of mouth-watering umami.
