Pure Sea Salt Smoked over Oak

Originally smoked from the offcuts of Welsh kissing gates, we now slowly smoke this salt over oak chippings. The smoky flavour works brilliantly with scrambled eggs and caramel desserts.

Wonderful on:
- buttered new potatoes
- organic scrambled eggs on sourdough
- roasted butternut squash
- a classic mushroom risotto
- anything with aubergine
