Whether fresh or frozen, quality remains at its peak—our freezing process locks in freshness and nutrients at the time of butchery.
Freezing on cut ensures that when defrosted, the skirt steak retains its rich flavour and tender texture, making it ideal for small-scale local supply without compromising quality.
Defrosting Recommendation:
For best results, defrost slowly in the fridge for 24 hours. If needed sooner, place in a bowl of cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes. Avoid defrosting at room temperature to preserve moisture and tenderness.
