Defrosting Recommendation:
For best results, defrost slowly in the fridge for 24-48 hours to maintain tenderness and juiciness. If needed sooner, place in a bowl of cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes. Avoid room temperature defrosting to preserve optimal texture.
