Golden Cenarth 200g

Golden Cenarth is a soft, rind-washed cheese with a string of awards to its name, including Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards 2010 and Best British Semi-Soft Cheese in 2016.

The cheese is washed with cider, which helps to give it a pungent savoury flavour with nutty overtones, and a springy but smooth texture. 

Ingredients : Organic Cow's Milk, Sea Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Cultures, Brevibacterium Culture, Coloured with Annatto & Washed in Wyld Wood Organic Cider.
