Caws Cerwyn 200g

A light and creamy rinded cheese with a mellow, nutty and buttery taste, Caws Cerwyn is a young cows milk cheese named after the highest mountain in the Preseli range.
Made by Pant Mawr Cheeses, it’s a tender hard cheese which has been matured for a short period to give it a mild taste. It is beautiful as part of a cheeseboard or eaten with fresh, buttered bread.
