Golden Hooves produces award-winning cheddars with delicious long-lasting flavours, made from 100% regeneratively farmed British milk. Our mature cheddar tastes so good, that the recipe was awarded Supreme Champion at the Global Cheese Awards in 2022!

Our mature cheddar is matured for 11- 12 months giving the it a moreish rounded and rugged flavour, while our vintage cheddar is matured for 16-18 months allowing the flavour to develop and deepen further.
