Our owner, Sebastian Candelon, took over the business in 2007 and has been awarded the prestigious honour of 'Master Fishmonger' recognising his expertise and dedication within the industry.
Our shop team take pride in creating an eye-catching display on the counter every day, using a selection of the very best seasonal, responsibly-sourced fish and seafood. Hand cut portions are artfully nestled on ice with fresh herbs and cut lemons, alongside an impressive selection of fresh whole fish and shellfish.
All of our produce is clearly labelled with information about how and where
each fish is caught, for complete transparency from sea to serve.
Our live shellfish tank is home to the finest pot-caught lobster and crab caught off the coast of Newhaven, which we can ‘cook and crack’ in store, ready for you to take home and tuck into.
