Postance Poultry is based in West Wales and run by a passionate farming couple who turned a childhood dream into reality. Starting with a small flock of hens, the farm has grown steadily since 2011 to specialise in truly free-range, pasture-raised chickens and turkeys. Every bird is raised with care, foraging on open pasture in a natural, low-stress environment.

Though not certified organic, their farming is rooted in high welfare and regenerative principles. From chick to processing, Postance Poultry is dedicated to producing ethical, flavourful meat you can feel good about serving.
