Collection: Good For You Ferments

Good for You Ferments is run by Aoife and Jon, who began their fermentation journey from a one-acre garden in 2011. Based in Wales, they grow and ferment seasonal vegetables using traditional lacto-fermentation—an age-old preservation method that uses only salt. Their small-batch, unpasteurised sauerkraut is packed with flavour and beneficial bacteria.

What began as a way to manage garden gluts became a business in 2020, following years of sharing their kraut at local markets. Balancing family, work, and community, Aoife and Jon remain deeply passionate about gut health and real, living food.
