Visit the Farmco website and click the person icon (👤) in the top right corner.

Log in using the email address you used to subscribe.

Can’t remember your password? No problem — just click ‘Forgot Password’ and reset it from there.

Once logged in:

1. Click “Manage Subscription” from your account area.
2. You’ll see a screen showing your current subscription, like The Local Veg Box, including:
   • Your next delivery date
   • The products included
   • Delivery frequency

• Swap a product – Click Swap Product next to the item.
• Add more items – Scroll to Add to order and search for extras.
• Skip a delivery – Just hit Skip Order.
• Reschedule – Click Reschedule to pick a new date.
• Edit frequency – Weekly, fortnightly… you decide.
• Pause or cancel – You can do this any time (but we'd love to fix things first).

If anything’s not quite right — missing item, wrong box, or you just need a hand — please get in touch before cancelling. We’ll go out of our way to make it right.
