Subscription Management
Logging In
Visit the Farmco website and click the person icon (👤) in the top right corner.
Log in using the email address you used to subscribe.
Can’t remember your password? No problem — just click ‘Forgot Password’ and reset it from there.

Managing Your Subscription
Once logged in:
- Click “Manage Subscription” from your account area.
- You’ll see a screen showing your current subscription, like The Local Veg Box, including:
- Your next delivery date
- The products included
- Delivery frequency

What You Can Do
- Swap a product – Click Swap Product next to the item.
- Add more items – Scroll to Add to order and search for extras.
- Skip a delivery – Just hit Skip Order.
- Reschedule – Click Reschedule to pick a new date.
- Edit frequency – Weekly, fortnightly… you decide.
- Pause or cancel – You can do this any time (but we'd love to fix things first).
