Teifi Organic Halloumi 200g (Christmas Order)

Caws Teifi have recently turned their considerable cheese-making talents to a new variety, an organic unpasteurised Halloumi. This semi-hard slightly salty cheese is fantastic when grilled or fried, to give it the perfect combination of crispiness and bounciness!

It is a wonderful cheese for all seasons – great on barbecues in the summer but just as good for dipping in a sweet chilli sauce on a cold winter’s evening.

Please note – the photo shows Halloumi that we have grilled – the cheese is supplied ungrilled!
