Teifi Natural is a raw milk Gouda-style cheese made by Caws Teifi in Ceredigion. It has a mellow, almost sweet flavour and a dense, smooth texture.

Caws Teifi was established by John Savage-Onstwedder when he moved from Holland to Wales in 1982. John has since become one of the most highly regarded artisan cheesemakers in Wales.
