Figgy pear caramelised with warm and aromatic cardamom.

All batches are small and made by hand here on the Gower, using quality ingredients and sourced locally where possible.

Pear, Apples, Sugar, Vinegar (contains gluten), onions, Figs (sulphites), cardamom, mace, cinnamon, salt.
