Italian Fennel Sausage
This is a very simple recipe, we just let the fennel do its thing.
Our semi-cured Sausage is perfect for your tapas, paella and ragu. Handmade as always, using prime cuts of free-range pigs from our smallholding.
Each flavour has been tried and tested at our 5 star unit and then sampled by the established chefs we supply.
Each pack comes with 10 mini semi-cured sausages.
Place on a metal oven tray. Place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
