Hot Red Chilli Jam

 Ripe and hot chilli peppers with roasted red peppers and apple, with double dose of hot chilli! 

All batches are small and made by hand here on the Gower, using quality ingredients and sourced locally where possible. 

 Ingredients:

Sweet peppers, red chilli, sugar, apples, vinegar, ginger, garlic, setting agent (pectin).
