Whole and chopped peanuts with wild & tame mushrooms & mixed herbs is our play on the traditional nut roast. The crunchy texture of the roasted outside promises of the deep flavours within. We love to serve it with a rich Cabernet Jus and sauteed potatoes.
This 400g roast is packed in a bakeable Panis Bois tray to serve 2-3.

Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing.
Remove compostable NatureFlex™ bag and place in a suitable freezer container. For best results defrost overnight in fridge.
Ensure thoroughly defrosted. Consume within 24 hours of defrosting.

For best results – remove paper wrapper & place on tray in centre of a pre-heated oven at 190˚C/170˚C fan/Gas 5 and bake for 40-45 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
