Cooking With Fire Event - Free Ticket

Join us at the Courtyard at the Gower Heritage Centre for a local cooking experience over fire. We are hosting a series of cooking demos for the Gower Good Food Project to celebrate the excellent produce grown here in Gower.

Emma is a beef farmer from Gower who is changing the landscape of regenerative farming in South Wales. Come and learn about conservation grazing, the environmental impacts of low-intention farming and the health benefits of pasture fed beef. 

Emma will be also taking you through how get the most out of your cuts. Expect tasters and a hearty food option for you to take away at the the end of the session. 

There will be two sittings on Saturday 28th Oct 2:30 and 4:30pm.
