 Salmon fishcakes made with trimmings from our wild Alaskan salmon 3 x 120g

Using trimmings from our wild Alaskan salmon (46%), potatoes, freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest, fresh parsley, sea salt and black pepper, and coated in oatmeal to give a good crisp.  We source our ingredients as locally as we can.
