This is a fairly simple but effective recipe. As the Lobster is cooked freshly, frozen, and defrosted by the time it gets to you, it will make this dish a lot easier. You can use a whole fresh lobster and split or even top up with crab meat if you prefer.

Ingredients
2 Half Lobster
500g Macaroni or small spiral pasta
100g Hafod Cheddar
80g parmesan Cheese
200ml Milk
2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
1 Knob of butter
1 Pack of spinach
100g Panko breadcrumbs
Pinch of paprika
